Not great quality for Mac Duggal name

Looks like the dress was used. For the price of Mac Duggal, I would expect a more luxury type service and not to be sent a used dress. The tag was distressed and the shoulders were stretched out and kept falling off. Some threads coming out in different places. And if it wasn’t used, it should not be in this condition. Unfortunately I had no other options so spent additional $ to alter and fix it.

very disappointed

Macy’s send me very badly worn dress it has oil stains, smelly… it’s not first time I paid full price and received worn garments. I’ll stop buying at Macy’s :(((
