runs one to two sizes smaller than expected

I ordered for the holidays parties I'm very aware of my size. This beautiful dress runs very small I'm a size 2-4 woman and this dress won't even allow me to pull it up to my hips I'm 5,3" 122 pounds usually wear size 2 or 4 on dresses waiting to get a return label from Macy's but I will contact seller today hopefully I can return it it should specify that runs 1-2 sizes smaller. other than that is beautiful, majestic dress . will update on this as soon as I get a response.
