Difficult to zip

This is a beautiful dress but is it me or is it difficult to zip? I sent the first one back thinking it was a defect but the second one is the same. Curious to know if anyone else had similar issues.

You'll feel like Cinderella in this one!

Stunning dress. This elegantly beaded dress was like slipping into a piece of heaven. It runs true to size. The fabric feels devine. The beading is exquisite. I expected the dress to be very heavy but wasn't. I felt beautiful in the gown but ultimately decided it needed to be returned as it was too formal from my son's summer wedding in a barn.
