Looking for the MAC counter

Because my closest Macy's @ Lakeside Mall recently closed, I turned to shopping online. I eventually missed the brick & mortar shopping experience, and decided to visit the Macy's @ Somerset to replenish my MAC eyeshadow. Entering the cosmetics department I was greeted by an associate named Jill. I asked Jill to direct me to the MAC counter. Rather than "point." Jill walked me over to the MAC counter. I think Jill was a fragrance rep but was very willing to help me with my purchase. After ringing up the sale, Jill added my name and contact info into her clientele file. She gave me her business card, promised to send me info on upcoming events and invited me back. My interaction with Jill reminded me how much I missed and enjoyed the one on one shopping experience with a human. I will definitely look for Jill the next time I visit the cosmetics department at the Somerset store.

Nice color

I was looking for an eyeshadow that would be hypoallergenic as my eyelids react to a lot of different eye makeups. The salesgirl suggested Mac. I’ve never tried Mac before but I liked the color and the price so I bought it. I haven’t used it yet but hopefully, it’ll go on smooth and not react with my skin.
