Horrible!

I thought it was just mine until I came and read the reviews. They did more than make the applicator retractable. The color is not the same. It's Hard and does not work. I tried several times to use it. I will be returning it

My current brow go to!

Great formula, the angled tip and built in brush are a great feature! My brows are enhanced and very natural looking! I always receive compliments! The only flaw is that I'm replacing my product less than once a month! They're not very generous with sizing!

This is horrible!

You know the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" the new formula is horrific!! I've used this pencil for 10+ years and I can't believe that now I have to search for a new product to use. Looking for a different brand since this pencil was the biggest waste of money.

Hard as a rock

This product is so hard to apply that you can lose eyebrow hair trying to put this on. No joke!

Not the same pencil

I have always brought this shade pencil but they changed the pencil to a sharp angled edge versus the old soft round pencil head. It does not go on the same way.
