Awful.....So clumpy and thick

I purchased this at the airport duty free. It is awful. I'm not sure if the product is always clumpy and thick or I just ended up with a dud product. Either way, I'd love a refund because it's terrible. Do not purchase until you actually see what the product looks like.

Waterproof? How so??

This mascara flakes, runs, bleeds, and burns a bit. I would have been better off with my usual non-waterproof Dior at the beach. Dont buy!

Just awful

I dont even want to give this 1 star :-( This mascara has awful packaging - difficult to hold the wand and then it broke when resealing - again! the product is also quite clumpy - i had to throw it out withing the first week!!!

So clumpy

Please bring back Haute and Naughty waterproof. It was amazing and all the replacements you're trying to sell now are awful.
