Best eyeliner

Been using this eyeliner for years its the best one, it stays on all day doesnt cone off if your in the water, it does cone off with vaseline and tissue.

24 hour liquid eyeliner

I am very happy at the way this eyeliner stays on. It has been a little bit humid in my state and my eyelids do tend to get oily. This stayed on. When I removed my makeup it was still on. I removed it another way, but it really stays. Also the wand is very easy to use. I do not like too thick of a cats eye for the daytime and this went on smoothly and I could control the width.

Quality

Unfortunately, I was disappointed as the eyeliner is not waterproof. I put it on and almost immediately I had the eyeliner all over the upper lid. I expected more as I have bought other items from MAC which were great but this unfortunately is not one of them.
