Not bad

The lipstick arrived in intact packaging, but when I opened it, it looked like it wasn't inserted correctly. This was disappointing, as it makes it less comfortable to use.

Products are not bad

Bad return policy in the Macy’s. Products are not bad but it won’t stay 12 hours and 24 hours as per sales associate directed when I purchased both lipsticks and I used only one time and they refused to take it back even though o was told that I could return used or unused.
