    • APPLICATION: Create a smooth canvas for color with Prep + Prime Lip. Apply Lipstick directly to lips.
    • Pro tips: Define lips with Lip Pencil or layer on Lipglass for a high-shine finish. Dab Lipstick on cheeks for a monochromatic pop of color. Apply to the center of lips and blend out using a 318S Brush to create a blurred effect.

Film Noir

Flim Noir lipstick does not hydrate for eight hours, it's not high-shine, the color is more black than brown, and this lipstick doesn't last long on the lips. You've to keep reapplying soon as you finish eating and drinking. This is a poor quality product from Macys.com. I definitely won't be purchasing this product again, and I won't be recommending this product either.
