Product delivered dried up and look to be old

The color is beautiful!!! However the gloss was dried up and appear to be old or used when received. Very disappointed

Too small

I thought it was the full size as the price was 15. I guess I haven’t purchased in a while as I was shocked to see the tiny amount. Love the product but size and price were not right.
