Macy's sends damages items

Received completely shattered item and Macy's would not refund without mailing it back. I was on bedrest and had no options. Terrible Customer service.

Product damaged first time

Product damaged. Sales clerk didn’t care to check. Easy return. I don’t usually shop at Macys for MAC, and I was disappointed. Sales people are so unfriendly and not helpful. I’d rather not have anyone helping me.
