Macy’s sent me a USED item

Macy’s sent me a used floor model item. I ordered a brand new canister. They sent a DENTED USED canister that was probably a floor model. It was NOT in factory packaging and someone had just put a little bubble wrap around it and shoved it in a box. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
