Is this what in-person shopping has come to?

Very disappointed that my product not only did not come in a box, but I was forced to select from the least scuffed of the three units the store had in stock of this item. Customer service was rough, and I wish the store had not discontinued their gift wrapping services. If my wife hadn’t been set on getting this item as a birthday gift for a dear friend, I wouldn’t have even made the purchase.

I was disappointed when I received it today. It was just to be black and white check. However on mine there were light blue streaks intermingled. I bought for a gift, did not like returned
