Different Color Handle Than Pictured

I received this teapot in the mail and instead of the darker wood color handle it was a cream/white color. I’ve never seen this teapot advertised with a cream/white handle so I was really thrown off and had been looking forward to the wood color handle to match my kitchen floors. I called Macy’s and they are having me return it and shipping a replacement. We will see if it happens again… otherwise it was a beautiful teapot

Horrible Packaging/Item Damaged

Item was packaged with zero care. The item was bent and scraped. Item will be returned. Do better Macy’s.
