Total Scam...Shame

I bought the Macy's Bismark bracelet and expected the bonus with purchase to arrive with this purchase. I didn't receive the bonus so I called customer service a few days later. The manager said he could honor the bonus with purchase offer with no easily understood reason. I am a relatively new Macy's customer and find this situation extremely disappointing. This is simply put...Fraud on Macy's part.
