Chocolates fall to bottom of box

Chocolate is very good but ALL the chocolates fell to the bottom of the box so there is no chocolate when you open each door. Disappointing for my daughter.

Melted and remelted

Sadly, this was delivered all melted with chocolate oozing out of the wrappers of the candiesz

It's cute, but they shipped it in a bubble envelope and it came slightly crushed and all the chocolate pieces are floating around inside towards the bottom so it's pointless to open the doors.
