This fantastic halo pendant necklace features a beautiful created opal soured by glimmering sapphire accents.

Return takes months

I love this necklace but unfortunately Macy’s return policy takes forever. I ordered two during the holidays because the first one I ordered online and it was set to ship to my old address. When I called and tried to change it they said they couldn’t and the best thing to do would be to order another to the correct address, and try to find the other and return it. I ordered another and eventually got the other back, returned it through ups, had to wait a long time for them to inspect it… and now I’ve been waiting for almost 4 months for the amount to go back on my credit card. I’ve called the credit card company, I’ve called macys… they both keep pointing back to the other. I’m currently filing a dispute with the credit card company for the original purchase of the necklace that was returned. A HUGE inconvenience and my money is still lost in the ether somewhere and everyone just keeps shrugging.
