Never received the Nacklace

I never received this necklace, I have had issue with my online orders. And I kept waiting since it said it was shipping and UPS did not have a date for it to be delivered. Really bad service

KNOTTED CHAIN

Necklace came with 2 knots in the chain. I was able to remove one of them, but not the other. Very inexpensive but defects should not be included
