Received broken

Ordered two of the beautiful strawberry mugs. They arrived broken in a million pieces. So disappointed!

Unique design. Cute mug.

Beautiful mug. I got the cityscapes design and it's really cute/pretty. Curvy handle is comfortable. I think next time I would buy a mug with the handle a bit lower though. I love that it's a large mug. You can't find nice large mugs with a nice design very often. they're often the dinky little 8 ounce things - two gulps and it's gone.
