Stones fell from setting

Both stones fell out of the earrings! Not a good Christmas gift when this happens. Macy’s you can do better by your customers by selling quality merchandise. I do not recommend.

Extreme False Advertisement

States it's a 1 carat stone in ad. What you receive is a pebble. It's completely ridiculous.

Too small

So much smaller than I expected, and not a natural sapphire after all, and the white gold mounting is skimpy . The description should have noted the diameter of the stone and shown it on a live model to give scale.... I will be returning.

Pass on these

Macy's can have beautiful stud earrings, but these are not one of them. I bought Garnet and what I received looked like a lab-created Ruby. The description states the Garnet is not lab-created, but it looked that way. Garnet is a deep red color and these were a sparkling, light red. I have previously bought Garnet and Sapphire stud earrings from Macy's which were beautiful and what I compared them to. They were night and day. I was very disappointed - returned.
