Bad Customer Service

The earrings are beautiful. However, the second time my wife tried to wear them, the stem broke off. I was out of town when it occurred and when I tried to get some assistance, I was 10 days after my 30 days window. I didn't ask for a refund, just some repair or even swapping it. But they were not willing to help. I will definitely think long and hard before I purchase from Macy's again. This is lousy customer service!
