Chicago?

It's unusual to find an Irish Christmas ornament so I bought it as a little gift for my dad as our family is Irish. However, I didn't look closely enough because it also says "Chicago" on it, and we are not from Chicago. For the low price I paid, it's not worth sending it back. And once hung on the tree, I doubt anyone would look at it that closely anyway. But I didn't give it to my dad either.
