poor quality

I ordered the matching neckless and it was delivered in a knotted up ball so I had to return both. The return process at the store was a nightmare and they would not refund the extra shipping fee which I was required to pay even though the product they sent was defective. I will not be shopping at Macy's for jewelery ever again!
