Sapphire cross

This was a gift for my 95 year mother’s birthday. She loves it! It seems to be nice quality. The chain is thin but I think it will hold up. There is one white stone down at the bottom of the necklace that seems a little duller but it’s still a keeper. I was actually looking at a natural sapphire and diamond cross in 14k white gold but when I found this on sale it made more sense. Thank you Macy’s.
