Huggie hoops

The earrings arrived with one earring attached properly in the jewelry box. The other earring had come off the stand indicating it has a weak clasp. A gemstone had fallen OUT of the earring still correctly attached in the box. A lost stone and weak clasp, delivered in a R.H.Macy&Co with "Fine Jewelry" printed on the box. Hmm, not so fine. I will be returning these
