AI Customer service bot unable to resolve problem

HAS NOT ARRIVED. Repeated contacts with customer service connect me to an AI bot who says "sorry" but cannot provide information about when it will arrive or what happened to the other article ordered at the same time which has also not arrived. My various experiences with the AI bot is making me question ordering with Macys. It may be convenient for them to have the bot PUT IT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
