Missing item never was delivered but was charged

Macy's never delivered this item to me: the box that came with some items was missing this one. Despite me clarifying the issue, still this item appears as picked up in my account, so owed by me. Despite multiple conversations, and having passed by more than 8 days waiting for Macy's system to be updated, the system still indicates I picked up this item. I have not received any single communication email nor text back from Macy's despite they claimed they are treating this with priority. I am not happy at all on the quality checks Macy's was supposed to do to avoid the situation they have created. And I am not happy with the lack of proactivity and responsiveness they have demonstrated so far.

Very disappointed. The size is so small that I could not even pull them apart, let alone wear them and try to lock them behind my neck.

10 year anniversary gift

My wife loved the 10 year anniversary gift. I chose diamonds and the sapphire since it is the 10 year anniversary gift and she has some blue in her wedding dress on our wedding day
