WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

I received something I didn't order. No receipt in the bag, no return label. And the item I wanted is no longer in stock. There is no Macy's near where I live to return the item I didn't order. Waiting for a call back. Really disappointed. The item that was sent to me is something I would never purchase.
