Beautiful mug

Beautiful mug. I ordered 2. One was wrapped well with bubble wrap but the other wasn’t & handle was broke off. The people packing these items need to do a better job! Now I’m short a Xmas gift & have to go to the store to return the broken one. I’m disappointed ! I still gave 4 stars because it is a heavy nice mug
