Cute, but Music Box was Broken.

It came broken. Very embarrassing - as it was a Christmas gift. Now having difficulty returning due to tech support forcing me to change my account because they couldn't fix it the direct way. Hopefully I can figure this out so my sister can return the globe for something that works.

Macy’s Day Parade Snow Globe

Very disappointed. Globe shipped to us showed up damaged. Quickly tried to purchase new globe and they were no longer available. Purchased for our grandson who attended Macy’s Day Parade.

never arrived

I ordered the snow globe the day before Thanksgiving. I collect these and have since my oldest son was born- he is 33. So after two weeks of tracking telling me it was going to be delivered today, I called Macys. Apparently the globe was damaging shipping and was returned to Macys. I got a credit and that was it. I went to re-order but they were sold out. I see many reviews where the globe was damaged, so just very disappointing.
