Carelessly packaged

cute earrings. thrown in an envelope and shipped. too delicate and pearl came off end. terribly disappointed in customer service. I know they were inexpensive, but, Macy's, couldn't you have put some thought into this? Will not order jewelry from them again. I am recommending them because they are cute. BUT BE CAREFUL WITH PACKAGING.
