Bought this purse for a vacation to Europe, less than 1 week later small “leather “ side loop that holds the metal hook broke. I had to secure the strap onto the middle metal hook which made the purse look lopsided and difficult to gain access to zipper compartments. Such an inconvenience bc it was the only purse I brought on the trip. Now return window has expired and money out the window bc its going in the trash. Thanks Steve Madden for a poorly made purse and money I’m out 👍
Madden Girl South Cross Body Bag
This cross body bag is nice. My issue is that the cross body strap is too heavy for the holders that it is attached to. I did not carry this everyday, & I only carried some cash, 3 credit cards, and a small bottle of make up. One of my strap holders has broken and It is now pass my return window.

Perfect mini bag
I love it, fits my s22 ultra phone with the case on. Has multiple compartments, and is comfortable as a cross body. I can fit my extra large phone, card case, essentials like lotion and chapstick, even a decent size power bank, key fob, etc, and still have a little room left over.

I purchase this bag and it came in a deplorable condition bag was used and had no strap on. Ver.y rude and desespectful of you macy. I returned. Put it in your garbage.
