Never Again

I bought this purse from Macy’s as a gift for my granddaughter. Surprisingly, it arrived in a state of disrepair! I’m baffled by how Macy’s could send a damaged, returned item to a customer. It was utterly unacceptable! Despite the inconvenience, I return the purse. However, the staff’s response was completely unprofessional. I hope this isn’t becoming a recurring issue at Macy’s.
