Horrible

I was shipped a pair of shoes that were not new. The pair was damaged, missing the buckle on the strap. This was not a manufacturing issue but the sales person who packaged it. They could clearly tell this item was damaged but sent it anyways. Very disappointed. Then when I called and they screwed up the return , called 4 times to get this straitened out!

Not wide enough

The Shoe is well made! But if you have wide feet this is not a for you they are very narrow with no stretch I am size 6 in shoes and I order a size 7 and still they did not fit if I get a bigger size they would be to big length wise.

Love, but..

I was very impressed with these!! The only disappointment was the strap was in the up position and it doesn’t seem like it will move for it to become a heel strap..I tried to forcefully move it, but I don’t want to break it. I also got a black pair that adjust just fine, but not these ones.
