Arrived torn and the seam was ripped

Yes, it was a "final" sale, but the product arrived damaged. Pretty sweater, but now who is going to sew up the sleeve? I have had no help with the automatic customer service. AI doesn't answer everything.. I would at least like a refund or credit back to my card or offer an exchange,

Not what I expected

This sweater is silver in color not white. The pearls are not seed pearls they are oversized at 3/8 inch. Bought for granddaughter, will be too fancy for her will be returning.
