Love them
It’s my second pair of this boots. It’s not high quality but it doesn’t show. This is why I bought the second one after 6 months. But for 6 months I had them on every single day. It’s super comfortable. I got tons of compliments. I wis they make it with better quality.
Right box wrong shoes
Sucks, I was dissatisfied they looked like good boots and they probably are but I got them and they were the wrong size. My order said size 7, the shoe box said size 7 but when I looked at the shoes they both said size 8. It was probably just a mix up but it's just disappointing having to return them.

really nice boots, but they run big. need to return them , and thereis no smaller sizes anymore
Nice boots but received used one
Nice boots but Macy’s actually sent me used boots that someone obviously wore and then returned, the boots have a crease near the toes and the soles of the boots are actually dirty. I’m really disappointed in Macy’s that no one mothered time even check that the boots were in good shape before shipping them. I was able to return them but what a hassle.
