Tight on heel

I so want to love these. I ordered my usual size, and they fit for the most part. Just not around the heel. Squeezes the back of my heel very tight, which makes me think they’d likely lead to blisters. I’m tempted to exchange for a larger size but not sure if that would make a difference or not.
