Really cute Starfish purse charm

Really cute but hope you have some jewelers tools on hand to close all the O rings that were not closed right. Didn't want to lose any of the cute charms. Who ever made this didn't take the time to close the rings. Other than that, it is really cute. I really like using handbag charms, adds a lot to your handbag.
