Madden girl sling pumps

The day I received these shoes it was very obvious they were used. I sent email to Ms. Garcia in customer service with photo according the the notice. nothing happen so I called was told the would credit my account nothing happen. If used shoes was what I needed for nephew wedding I would have went a thrift store. couldn't sent them back needed for the wedding and was told they wouldn't arrived in time. So no I don't recommend them.
