Red Madden Girl Women Brynn Pointed-Toe Pumps

Shipment not Received!

I am usually very satisfied with Macy’s response to orders and shipping dates but I ordered these shoes in red along with a pair of Nine West. The Nine West have already arrived and were returned to the store. So where are my shoes? I ordered these on 12/8/25 and I keep receiving a notice that they should have arrived. Now it’s at least 2 more days which brings us to 12/18/25. Really? I am a dedicated Macy’s shopper. In this case an extra coupon, discount should be offered.
