Definitely runs small

I always wear a size 9, ordered them in brown and black, haven't received the black yet, but will be returning both pairs. I can't get my foot in the shoe, that's a real BUMMER as I really wanted them. Definitely need to size up, just not sure how many sizes.

Madden girl over the knee boots

I loved the style and color but I had to return them because they didn't fit. There really should be a zipper on the side since it is a pull on boot. The instep is to high because the style of the boot is a slouch. Kind of disappointed
