Love the set, but got delivered stained

I’m really disappointed with Macy’s on this one. The overall set is beautiful but part of it came stained. I had to throw a sham and the pillow into the wash to get it out…you’d think they’d come clean!

The Claire set, crafted from soft yet durable polyester microfiber and filled with a cotton-poly blend, is generally praised for its breathable, easy-care comfort and thoughtful design. Unfortunately, lotions or dyes can occasionally leave residue during handling, which, while not reflective of normal experience, is understandably frustrating. A helpful step many customers use to freshen up microfiber bedding is a pre-wash with gentle detergent and cool water—this often lifts minor stains without compromising fabric quality. With or without that extra step, we truly appreciate that you still love the set’s look, and hope it brings cozy enjoyment moving forward.

Not aqua

Returned. Not aqua color. I wanted a bright aqua comforter, but received a muted green one. Disappointed.
