This review is from Madison Park Spa Reversible Cotton Bath Rug, 20" x 30"Recommended Rug
I purchased this rug with the Madison Park Spa Waffle 3M-Scotchgard Shower Curtain for my son's college apartment. Although we bought the rug in gray because there was no navy color to match the shower curtain, both items went well together. We like the thickness of the rug (soft to stand on yet thin enough to throw in the washer) and that the rug is reversible.

Upscale shower curtain at a great price
This shower curtain works perfectly in my son's college apartment. He likes the design: simple but stylish stripes. I like the fabric: quality yet light-weight and different textures. We both like the navy color. I wish it came with grommets, but I expect it will hold up for school year. It is used with a white plastic liner. I purchased it on sale and matched it with the Madison Park Spa Reversible Cotton Bath Rug (20 x 30).

I have had this product about a month and have washed them twice. The lint filter on my dryer was full both times. They are sad and not very plush now

We do not recommend this, lots of lose threads, not made well and super slippery.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the bath rug did not meet your expectations regarding quality and performance. We understand how frustrating loose threads and a slippery surface can be, especially for a product intended for everyday bathroom use. This rug is designed with soft cotton construction and a reversible design, which many customers appreciate for its comfort and versatility. However, we recognize that durability and stability are equally important, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.
Just okay
I want to love this mat. Colors are great, soft and cushy. However like another reviewer wrote, they wash terrible. This was my second wash and like the first, there is a lot of loose cotton yarn, so much that I had to change the filter after each wash. I would not purchase this again.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the bath rug's beautiful colors, softness, and cushioned feel. Creating a comfortable and stylish addition to the bathroom is one of the features many customers appreciate about this rug. We're sorry to learn that the rug did not perform as expected during laundering. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with excessive cotton shedding and the need to clean your washer filter repeatedly after washing. Your comments regarding the loose yarn after multiple washes are valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

Very disappointed after first wash. Rugs shredded alot of material in washer and dryer lint catcher had to be emptied twice. Washed the two rugs together in cold water and left fragments all over rugs and washer. A mess!
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the condition of the bath rugs after the first wash and the inconvenience this caused in your washer and dryer. We understand how frustrating it is when a product sheds excessively or leaves behind debris. The reversible cotton bath rug is designed to provide a soft, absorbent surface with a plush feel underfoot, but it should not result in excessive fiber shedding during normal care. We regret that you experienced this issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

Beautiful Rug with Vibrant Color
This rug is beautiful and a superb size. The aqua color is really pretty and would look nice in any bathroom. Highly recommend the quality and the matching shower curtain.
