Damaged Item

Item was damaged - the plastic container was broken and unusable. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as it was a gift for wife's son's 4-year old son. Target should reimburse me my money.

Broken item and poor customer service

The box came broken. I did not have time to return and get a new one in time for Christmas. When reaching out to support, they essentially said “give yourself more time next time” and refused to do anything to help. Thanks for the help 😒

This box was not damaged, but product on the inside was smashed container is all broken, obviously this product was damaged before it was shipped, box and foam packing is all intact. I would like it replaced, tell me what I need to do

All in all a decent value

Santa brought them to my house for my granddaughters (5 and 7) which spend a lot of time here. They have played with them every day since they got them. Even with all of these pieces they don’t seem to have enough to build their creations! As far as the tiles themselves, they are sturdy. I’m a bit disappointed that in about 1/3 of them the magnets are considerably weaker than the other 2/3. It makes taller or larger based creations unstable and prone to collapse which has been a little frustrating for my older granddaughter. I think if Santa had realized how much they would love them he may have brought the original magnetic tiles ( considerably more expensive) but since we don’t have those to compare their magnet strength-these are working just fine!

Delivery of the blocks was good. The only complaint I have is that the plastic container arrived busted. So much for the styrofoam pieces in the bottom of the box. Other than that my boys are happy with it.
