color is off

Background off white color is actually a yellow/orange tinged white much like a Manila envelope color. I was hoping for more of an off white. Dress does not have any give in the fabric. So for me it feels tight in the waistline. Pretty printed pattern on the fabric and I do like the design of the dress. I’m undecided as to if I should return it or not. I wish it came in other colors.
