A pretty blue dress

Didn't fit as I would have liked however the dress is nice and the color is pretty. Just not for me. The description states the dress has a lining, it does not, that's okay because the material is a lightweight polyester spandex. The lining may have been too hot for the summer weather but possibly it would fit as I had imagined. Overall a pretty dress.
