Exciting and novel option for girls and boys. I have purchased for Xmas gift for my granddaughter who will be 6 yr. based on tv recommendations and excitement last year. Only concern is the long list of directions on line for using this toy, including unpacking and setting up the insides of the toy. Patience needed to get going.
Great fun for younger kids
I bought this for my niece's birthday - after a hint from my sister! She's quite a bit of a Harry Potter fan and loves stuff to do with spells and potions. Safe to say she absolutely loves it, and I think the mist that comes out of the pot after making your 'spell' and the lights and sounds are pretty cool.

My daughter loves this toy! It's so cute and provided lots of entertainment. Her older siblings even got in on the fun. The interactive potions were entertaining and engaging- and the little character is so adorable. This would make a great gift!

Huge hit in our little house!
Oh my days you can just tell that Magic Mixies is going to be a very popular toy at Christmas! My daughter has already asked me for the potion kit that you can buy so that you can enjoy and recreate the magic again. The cauldron comes beautifully packaged, make sure to charge it up if your giving it to your little ones for Christmas or as a gift so that it’s all ready to go, it’s a simple usb changer, the instructions are super easy to follow, each step is numbered and easy for little ones to follow. My daughter is 5 was in absolute awe, was so wonderful to watch her mix the potions and add the ingredients, when the cauldron started misting she was so excited and just lost in the moment! We got a glorious blue interactive magic fuzzy buddy, which my daughter hasn’t been able to put down! The little buddy is the perfect size and is interactive and has 50 various phrases and sounds, so enchanting and really is a gift that keeps giving as you can purchase the additional potions kit and have fun creating more magic. Simply wonderful!!

I have seen this toy as a picture before it been delivered so my 1st reaction was wow that's big one ! its big pot ,colourful and well made design. even me as an adult was so excited about it , the instructions are so easy to follow, my daughter was flying of joy and excitement putting all the ingredients together and following the magic steps like clicks and words , the pot will react too making sounds & lights even in the last step before she got her pet there was ike fog on the pot the bubbly sounds when she added water was so nice and realistic that my 7 years old really believed that was magical pot ! definitely recommend it as birthday or Christmas gift ,your child & you won't be disappointed.

Hours of fun
This toy is so neat and guaranteed to be a big hit. If you can find it on the shelves you better grab it! My daughter spent hours doing potions and enjoyed it each and every time the smoke came out and the colldren sang.

Truly magical and fascinating.!
This was truly magical and fascinating to watch the kids unbox this toy. What a cool and unique way to reveal the cute and adorable furry pet! The instructions were very easy to learn and follow even for my kids age 5 and 8. Kids loved it and it was so much fun to do it together. The cauldron can be used as many times as you want and also you can buy refill packs separately to make more spells.. We were so impressed with the real smoke (mist).. You will need to charge it with the cable provided for an hour before use. The magic mixie is really cute and interactive. What a magical experience specially for the kids! Price a bit high but these days nothing comes cheap I suppose..!

Awesome toy
I was not sure of this at first. I gave it to my 12 year old daughter who ended up intrigued and loved it. The light and noise guides allow the child to do this alone although we were all watching. She was enthralled all the way through. Huge amounts of mist and great reveal at the end. Easy to clean and the fact you can get refills it can be used over and over again
