Helps with leg cramps!
I believe this product has helped quite a bit with my nighttime leg cramps. I take three capsules every evening at bedtime.

Great relief!
I've been using this product for several years. My requirements were that it relieved my cramps but did not give me loose bowel movements. This prep fulfills my needs. The small capsules size was an added bonus since most on the the market are huge. Great job guys!

I have been using BioSchwartz Magnesium Bisglycinate for a few years now. I take it at night to help sleep and it works! I haven't had any of my previous problems with cramping legs.

It works for me !
Checking my records this will be my 7th bottle over the course of 2 years . I have increased from 1 capsule a day to 3 daily . At 74 I feel it has helped me stay healthy along with vitamins and supplements in my diet . I will continue using the product !
