I gave 5 bcz there are no side effects such as feelings of nausea. I can only hope the compounds of the vitamin are doing their best to provide me required nutrients, especially since I am on the aged end 😄 when the body can no longer produce and/or retain sufficient levels.

Semi perfect supplement!

As an athlete, this supplement fills the void of most, if not all of my magnesium needs. It'd be the perfect supplementation *if* the daily dosage was ramped up a bit, but again, it meets the requirements for my lifestyle.
