The vitamins are good. The shipping is fast. The only thing I don't like much is that you have to take four pills a day. I always prefer one or two pills a day. Otherwise, everything is fine and the price is good. Thanks.

Great product!
This is a great product. Other magnesium glycinate capsules are very large and these are very, very small. I don't mind taking 4 instead of 1 as they are so easy to swallow. Thank you!

Great Product for Leg Cramps
I have been using Magnesium Glycinate for quite awhile. They helped my nightly legs disappear. The capsules are small. Not only do they go down easy but they are easy on the stomach. I started out taking a high dose it have lowered it a lot and I am still cramp free

Easy to swallow
